Custom lengths, colors, textures, or specially requested items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped. After this window, the order will be processed and is considered final.

This bundle is amazing. It doesn’t shed a lot. I had mine in for about 2 months. It has been washed and refreshed, and it still looks great. It’s premium-quality human hair that can be reused again. Which I intend to do after I take out my install.
